Phillip has been working with his hands, building things since he was a kid. Spending several years apprenticing with a general contractor cemented his love for working on houses, tapping into being a problem solver. He then worked for various residential speciality trades to expand his knowledge to all aspects of residential remodeling.

He then moved on to managing several large whole home remodels as a project manager. In 2016 he started P. LeBlanc Construction to be able to provide the highest quality materials and workmanship possible for his trusting clients.

He was raised in River Ridge by parents who were entrepreneurs, and knew he would own his own business so he could offer clients a truly unique remodeling experience. He started P. LeBlanc Construction as a one man operation, and it quickly grew by word of mouth.

Ron is a detail focused carpenter who has worked for several years in the residential construction industry, building his renovation knowledge base and skill set. He is a seasoned HVAC technician, bringing us the detailed knowledge needed to ensure details are done correctly to keep our clients happy in an evolving industry, where houses are built more efficiently. His aspirations to deepen his understanding of fine finish work led him to P. LeBlanc Construction. His intense focus on doing things correctly makes him a huge asset to our company.
